MEG, The Memory Extension Gadget

 Wouldn't it be so beautiful?
A Gadget enabled world.

If I only had a Brain!

Semi-Technical Description

The MEG System is a fully self contained data management system.  It is capable of storing and retrieving "format-less" data. The structure of the data is controlled by the input process (the user), not by a programmer. We have developed a method that radically changes, in a good way, how information is managed by machines. By approaching the problem with an eye on improving the method instead of just following the herd that's producing poorly designed and more poorly behaving databases, we believe we have succeeded in beginning a significant paradigm shift. Gone are any traces of conventional database structure manipulation.  It is standardized and transparent to both the user and the programmer (by virtue of the Virtual Cortex Gadget  Control).  As you enter the information, the system self configures the data storage to accommodate your definitions.  Simple as that.  We can take a fairly computer illiterate person and have them manipulating data in a very sophisticated way in a matter of hours, instead of the days, weeks or months it takes using other database tools.  If you can describe something, you can describe it to MEG.

And Coming Soon...

The MEG System will be Web-Aware.  You data will be able to reside anywhere.  On the Web, on another computer connected to the Web.  On an Intranet.  It will not matter.  Once a Memory, always a Memory.  Everywhere.  All The Time.

And...

We are finishing up a system that will redefine how Visual Basic Programmers ply their trade by introducing a set of tools to greatly simplify the process of programming.  That's all we can say now but keep an eye out for the release of the Gadget-Aware Programming Method.
